RETURNS

All items are eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request your refund please email: info@monoirluxe.com with the subject heading Refund. Please include your full name and order number within the email.

Once your return has been approved please place the items you wish to return in its original order box or bag. Kindly ensure that the products have all their packaging and accessories. The tags and seal should be intact and the return box must be safely sealed.

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions:

• The products must be unused in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Any special packaging and accessories must be included. Incomplete, damaged or altered items and packaging will not be accepted
• Your return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• The parcel must be shipped back within 5 days of your return authorisation

 

Once we have verified the condition of the item(s) we will then accept the return and process the refund. Verification of the item(s) can take 2-3 business days.

Your refund will be credited directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping fees are none refundable and will not be included in the total amount refunded.

You should receive the credit 7 working days of your refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on banking procedures.
