All orders will be shipped within 5 working days of  receiving your order.

Parcels shipped within the United Kingdom can take 1-2 business days for shipping from the date which your order is completed.

International parcels can take 2-5 business days for shipping from the date which your order is completed depending on the country.

Please keep in mind if your order may exceed these timeframes by 1-2 days if placed over a bank holiday weekend.

Once your order is shipped you will receive your Tracking Number for your package via email.

A signature is required upon delivery of all orders to ensure the safety of your package. In the event of nobody being available to sign for the package the courier will attempt to redeliver the parcel over the next two consecutive working days. The courier will leave a notification and a contact number, alternatively you can also contact the courier and arrange a suitable day for your package to be redelivered.  

Please note working days are Monday through Friday during hours of business (9am to 5pm). Occasionally deliveries may exceed these hours.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way to you. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after your parcel is shipped.
